Kitchen Countertops

We (I) couldn't stand the tile countertops anymore. So we upgraded to granite! And we absolutely love it! We got to pick the giant slab and layout and everything. So fun. We did the demo on the tile. Which was a huge mess but went better than we thought. Here are our before and after and progression shots. Now we just need to pick the tile for the backsplash and install it.

10 Months Old

Miss Alyssa is busy busy these days. She decided to start crawling and is into everything. Plus she pulls herself up and stands. She's going to be walking soon. She loves eating real foods. Her favorite is bananas and crackers. She also loves her bottles.

Cruising

Nothing like cruising down the aisles at you local home improvement store. It was the best trip. The kids were so well behaved. Wish all grocery stores had this cruiser cart.

Nine Months Old

Alyssa is such a busy girl these days. She loves toys and playing with her sisters. She is almost crawling. But that doesn't stop her, she gets around by scooting and sliding. She's such a fun girl. I love her hugs everyday.

Eight Months Old

Alyssa has grown so much this month. She can sit up on her own. Grew two teeth. And went to Disneyland for the first time. Because of the teething she's been a bit cranky, but that's even cute most of the time.

Seven Months Old

Baby girl is getting so big! She can sit up by herself. Loves her binky. Loves being outside. And especially loves her momma, I can't leave her side without her screaming about it.

Halloween

Happy Halloween!! Brookey is Wyldstyle from the Lego Movie. Ash wanted to be a princess, so Cinderella it is. Alyssa is a lady bug, well for part, she will be a pumpkin for Trick-or-treating.

Six Months Old

Alyssa is 6 months old. It's going by so fast. We sure love our chunky monkey!

Sweet Baby

Just a candid photo shoot. She just too cute! So fun right now, all smiling and happy.

Five Months Old

Alyssa is five months old. She has got so big, so fast. We love her smiles and chubby rolls! She loves her sisters, even when they are torturing her. We all sure love her!

Soccer Game

Today was Brookelyn's first soccer game. She did awesome! She played defender and rocked it. Best part her team won 4-0! So fun to watch her play. My throat hurts from yelling so much cheering.

Drive In Movies

We went to the drive in movie the other night. It was so fun! I had wondered if it would be as fun as an adult with kids, as when I was a kid. It totally was!! The kids did so great, they loved it. Ashlee loved dancing to the music during the intermission. Getting up for school the next morning was hard, but going to the drive in was totally worth it.

Just like Sissy

This is my naughty Ashlee. She drew all over herself with pen. Just like her sister did when she was Ashlee's age.(wonder where she learned it) Ashlee said she's not naughty, she's Good Girl Ashlee.

Baby Dolls

Ashlee playing with her babies. Her favorite is Baby "Oinky" or as we call her Baby Alyssa.

First Grade

We love going back to school! My big first grader loves school, which makes it so easy to send her back. She loves that she has a desk and not a shared table.

Hair Cut

Brookelyn was in need of a good hair cut. This is what we decided to do. I love it, she still undecided. Makes her look so big. Will be perfect for her start in first grade.

Climbing

Somebody had an accident. She tried to climb the shoe rack and it fell on her. It pulled the anchors out of the wall. Shattered a vase on top of her. But she came out with a cut on her eyebrow and a bruise on her knee. We are keeping her up late to make sure she doesn't have a concussion. Poor little monkey.

Soccer Mom

I've officially donned the title of Soccer Mom. This was Brookelyn's first soccer practice. Yep she's the one in pink. She's doing a great job so far.
