Darren's Garden

The first week after we moved into our new house Darren decided he needed a garden. So here are some pictures of his happy little garden.

Notice the irrigation system, he puts the hose in one spot and it floods through the rest of the garden.

And of course Darren's precious little orange tree.

All in all it is a good little garden and we have already enjoyed the peas.

Six Months

My little cutie pie is six months old. I can't believe how fast it has been. And especially how big she is getting.

She is starting to have the cutest little personality.


Just a new trick. Did I say she is so smart?


She was spoiled at her grandpa's house and she got biter biscuits for the first time. Oh what a mess!

I was in Utah last week and my sister and I felt crafty. She has this cute box for her daughters hair things and it broke last time she came to see me so we thought we should make new ones. We made them for all of our sisters girls. (Yes Denise one is for you and Kayla) The best part is that they actually look really cute and they were easy to make.

Five Months

Brookelyn is five months old so here are her pictures.

We call this "Old Man Brookelyn", she is so funny!

Brookelyn's Room

For my first project in my new house, I thought it should be a fun one, so I started with Brookelyn's room. I was going to do before and after but I forgot to take the before shots. Thanks to my sister Heather for helping and for being tall and able to reach the ceiling. I probably would still be working on it with out her help. I think it turned out pretty cute.

First Cereal

Brookelyn's pediatrician told us to start feeding Brookelyn some cereal. It actually is going really well. She loves to eat! Plus I think she loves the attention. The video was taken on her first feeding. She kept getting mad that I wasnt feeding her fast enough.

Four Months

Brookelyn is four months old now. She went to the Doctors for her check up and she is in the 75% for her height, but only 35% for weight. So I guess we have a tall skinny baby. Darren is hoping she will be tall enough to play in the WNBA. We will have to see.


After looking through Brookelyn's blessing photos I realized that I only get picture with one set of grandparents, so I happened to have her blessing dress in Utah with us and decided to take her picture.

Brookelyn was taking a nap one day and this is how we found her sleeping. We thought it was funny.

While we were in Utah Brookelyn really missed her swing so we had to improvise and use the swing set instead.
