Every morning Ash helps DW work. She sits on the floor and watches Mickey Mouse on the iPad. It's so cute. They have quite a routine going. And even better I get to sleep in.

Owie!

This poor girl fell off her new bike and got an owie. But she loves her bike so as soon as the bleeding stopped she was back on it. What a tough chick!

Christmas Program

We went to Brookelyn's school Christmas Program. It was cute. The kindergarteners did great. And no surprise B was on the top row. We love our big girl!!

Yay Snow!

Snow

We loved the snow while we were in Utah. Darren, Ash, and Brookey played forever in it. This was Ashlee's first time playing in it. She kept eating it and saying yum yum yum. I stayed inside an kept warm. A few days later Darren and Brooke went snowboarding. Brooke is starting to get really good.

Turkey Trot

At school Brookelyn participated in a Turkey Trot. She had to ask friends, neighbors, and family for pledges. She earned $75 for her class. Then she had to run. She was so cute. She ran faster and harder than I've ever seen. Her teacher even walked in it. Here are some pictures of her run.

Nursery

This little one went to Nursery today for the first time. It wasn't all smiles. Her leaders said she would cry then stop for a while, but if anyone came in she would cry again. Poor thing. But she must have had fun because she's all smiles now. Hooray for Nursery!!

First Day of Kindergarten

The day has finally come. Brookelyn is finally starting school. She was so excited she couldn't even eat breakfast.

4th of July

Happy Independence Day! It's been super hot so we are staying in today. We did go watch the parade and threw snaps. Later we will go watch fireworks with friends. But it's too hot to do anything else.

Summer fun

I ordered these for my girls and they couldn't have come on a better day. It's super hot today and they've been sick so they need to drink up. The cups have their names on them. And the bottom comes off to be a snack cup. My girls are so silly!!

Swim Lessons

I have Brookelyn doing swim lessons this year. She's amazing! She is in a class with just one other boy. They were learning to dive the other day. I kept busting up because she would just do belly flops. She's pretty fearless!

Father's Day

This is how we did Father's Day at our house. Darren made out like a bandit. He also got a new pair of church shoes. In the jar is candy oranges and in the container is Swedish fish and gummy worms. We love our Daddy!!

Airplane

Off to Oregon for a family vacation! This was Ashlee's first plane ride.
