Fall?

I think Brookey doesn't know that it's fall now. Either that or fall doesn't know it's fall now.

Joy School

We decided to have Brookelyn do Joy School this year. She is the only girl in her group. There are 5 boys and Brookey. She's going to love it though. What a cute little girl she is turning out to be!

Game

Last weekend we went to an Oakland A's baseball game. A whole bunch of our friends went too. There was a tailgate party before and fireworks after. They let us on the field to watch the fireworks. This field is the same field that the Oakland Raiders play on. It was really awesome to touch the turf and experience what football players (and I guess baseball players too) see. It was a great night!

Campout

We decided to have a campout in our livingroom. We had tried to plan a real camping trip. But because I've been too sick being prego, a at home campout had to do. Then the night we decided to sleep outside in the backyard it was very cool and very windy. So it ended up being inside. We ate s'mores and Brookey and Darren slept in the tent. I need my rest so I slept in my bed. But Brookey loved the whole thing.

Its that time again!

For most people this time of the year is for back to school or the end of summer coming. But thats not what we are talking about.

What we are saying is, it's time for us to announce that we are having another baby. Yay!

Yes this is our next addition. Coming in late Feb '12.

Games

This is how Darren and Brookelyn play games on Darren's phone.

Brookelyn is obsessed with the Easter Bunny lately. If she finds something askew or out of place she says the Easter Bunny must have came and moved it. The Easter Bunny also gets blamed if a mess is made and I ask how it got so messy. Poor Easter Bunny, I'm not sure Brookey knows exactly what he does just that he comes.

Dancer

Baby, Oh Baby

Check out our new baby! Isnt she a beauty? She is a Hyundai Elantra. Brand spanking new. Very lovely, smooth, and hot. We are super excited to have a second car after 3 years of only having one. Awesome!

Swinging

We are finally enjoying some summer weather. It's hard to even be inside when you know it's such a nice day out. And I can't complain, especially since Brookelyn learned how to swing herself on the swing set. Now I just sit back and smile. Loving the swing set. One of our best purchases.

Picking Cherries

We went cherry picking with a bunch of our friends last week. We picked all that we wanted. The girls ate as much as we picked (almost). I love all the u-pick farms around. It's so much fun for everyone.

Little Fishy

Brookey's been taking swim lesson the last few weeks. It's been a little chilly but she has been doing great. She gets to do them with her BFFs Haylee, James, Jakub, and Kayla. Her teacher Megan is super cute with them. Brooke asks me everyday if it's swim day. She loves going.

Brookey's Purple Party

I'm a bit behind on my posts, but I forgot to post about Brookelyn's 3rd Birthday Party. Her favorite color is purple so we did a purple party. All the friends came in purple outfits. They played with purple playdough, ate purple foods, and played purple games. I think it was fun. She was going to have a purple cake, but I went to finish it an hour before the party and it didnt work out. So we went to the store and bought closest thing I could find.

Easter Present

Brookey got this for Easter. Not really we were just buying it anyways, but we had it ready for Easter. Well almost. It's still missing the slide. We got too tired and will finish it tomorrow.
